What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, country), your enquiries and inspection requests, documents you upload, and records needed to deliver our services.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive documents are stored in private storage and shared only via access-controlled, expiring links. Access to your records is restricted by role and ownership.
Your choices
You may request access to, or deletion of, your account data by contacting hello@thorpe.ng. Consent for WhatsApp/SMS communication is optional and can be withdrawn. Private admin notes are never shown to clients.
