Account details (name, email, phone, country), your enquiries and inspection requests, documents you upload, and records needed to deliver our services.
Data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive documents are stored in private storage and shared only via access-controlled, expiring links. Access to your records is restricted by role and ownership.
You may request access to, or deletion of, your account data by contacting hello@thorperealestateng.com. Consent for WhatsApp/SMS communication is optional and can be withdrawn. Private admin notes are never shown to clients.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies to measure visits and traffic sources. Analytics cookies are not set unless you accept, and you can decline. Essential cookies needed to run the site are always used.
