For property purchases TRE never holds or handles your funds and does not offer escrow: the buyer pays the seller directly through their own bank and solicitor. For stay and tenancy bookings, payment is collected through TRE's secure checkout; TRE retains its commission and settles the balance with the provider. Fees for any paid TRE service are shown before you commit, and refunds or cancellations follow the terms stated with that service. Take independent professional advice before committing funds.
