Paid on the deal, promptly
On bookings TRE collects the client's payment through its secure checkout and settles your payout, less TRE's commission. On sales the buyer pays you directly per the terms you agree.
Worked example, illustrative until validated: on a ₦150,000,000 completed sale, TRE's agency commission is 2% and the supplier is paid on completion per the agreed terms.
For developers
Developers are assessed in-house against six pillars. Only those who pass carry the dated, monitored, revocable TRE-Verified mark, the bare mark, reserved for developers, and their schemes are sold by TRE to qualified diaspora demand.
For estate agents
The five-point check: LASRERA standing, CAC standing, Identity confirmed, Track record, Code of conduct. The mark is dated, monitored and revocable, and your inventory reaches buyers who only deal with verified parties. Registered agencies and private agents working with owners are both welcome. .
Selling your own home
One property, offered by you, its owner. TRE verifies the sale, markets it to the buyers who trust the mark, and handles the client end to end. You are verified per-transaction, never as a developer. Apply with one line about the property; we come back to you to gather the title evidence, confirm your identity and arrange the inspection before anything goes live.
