Bronze
Identity and basic listing details confirmed.

- Price confirmed by agent or landlord
Silver
Physically inspected with platform-owned media.
- All Bronze checks completed
- Property physically inspected
- Platform-owned photos and video uploaded
- Landlord / developer authority confirmed
- Basic condition notes completed
Gold
Legal document review and full confidence report.
- All Silver checks completed
- Title / deed / C of O / survey reviewed by a legal partner
- Price compared against local market range
- Developer / seller legitimacy checked
- Red-flag review completed
- Full Property Confidence Report available
